1. In order to maintain the lowest possible shipping costs,
   we offer United State Postal Service and UPS.
2. To calculate shipping we follow these guidelines:
   Total shipping is based on weight of the goods shipped, and
   their destinations distance from the originating distribution
   center. Shipping quotes are per cart contents.
   
3. Shipments over 100 lbs. or that exceed USPS size
   limitations will be shipped by common carrier.
4. Estimated shipping charges can be viewed
   at the time of sale.
5. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and
   may be returned only if in compliance with the Return Policy.
   Once an order has been shipped, shippingcharges are non-refundable,
   unless the goods are returned in accordance with the Return Policy.
6. We cannot place special instructions for the delivery
   driver on the package.
7. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any
   reason (except where the return is the fault of the shipping
   company or ourselves), you will be charged both outbound
   and inbound freight, as well as for shipping the product again
   to a different address.
8. A signature may be required in order for your order to be
   delivered. Therefore, please provide a shipping address and
   telephone number that is attended during the day.

Return Policy:

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Scentimints, LLC, within three (3) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify Scentimints, LLC, Customer Service by email or phone.
